In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of the top travel and local apps in Argentina showed diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement.

SUBE, developed by Nación Servicios, maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 84K at the start of the quarter, and stabilizing around 65K by the end. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 3.9M and decreasing to about 2.8M towards December's end.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel observed a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from 23K and reaching a high of 62K by the end of December. Active user numbers also rose significantly, beginning at 749K and surpassing 1.1M by the close of the quarter.

Despegar: vuelos y hoteles experienced a steady climb in downloads from 24K to nearly 39K. Active users saw a similar upward trend, growing from 510K to 634K by the end of the quarter.

Airbnb showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 17K and reaching 33K by the end of December. Active user engagement also grew, beginning at 333K and rising to 556K.
